 Howdy @laurelfulford,

 May I ask how we should compile SASS files now that Twentynineteen is part
 of core? When the theme was still on Github, I've compiled SASS files as
 described on
 https://github.com/WordPress/twentynineteen/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md.
 However, neither `npm run build` nor the the regular core commands `grunt
 build` and `grunt watch` seem to compile the touched file into CSS. Am I
 missing something here?
