 Dear Rianjs,

 Thanks for your words and explanation! I also had the feeling that this
 would seem easy to set up. Indeed, if the main time kept is the source of
 all time displays, then adding to it the user or visitor's time difference
 would be just like an add-on. The main time would never change, its
 display would though, according to:
 - either the back end user's chosen time difference,
 - or the detected front end user's time diffrence.

 This could be expressed as:
 Front:  [WP set time]+[detected front user time difference]
 Back:   [WP set time]+[chosen back end user time difference]

 Does it make sense?
