 Revisions: Available in the document sidebar
 Trackbacks: Intentionally not implemented as pingbacks should be used if
 anything. Trackbacks aren't really used widely as a standalone feature

 It doesn't make much sense to add separate meta boxes for things that are
 already available through some other way. Having multiple routes for
 achieving the same task is an UX anti-pattern.
