 In attachment:43524.patch I've added the `extra_large` subsize which has a
 width of 2048px. Things to note:

 - `$max_srcset_image_width` is at 2624px. I'm not sure how the previous
 1600px was calculated.
 - WP DB version is incremented by 1.

 It's possible that I have not made changes to all areas to support the new
 subsize.
