 @birgire yeah, i don't think we are going to win with that edge case :-/
 as that can go either way. probably best to assume if it is right before
 the `]` that it was intentionally part of the self closing shortcode. what
 do you think?

 yeah, we can probably tighten this up a bit by extending the `preg_match`.
