 [attachment:"47767.14.diff"] converts all of the NPM scripts into JS
 files.

 I think this keeps it relatively clean: scripts only exist for commands
 that require extra logic in some way, otherwise, they can go through the
 generic `docker.js`.

 @noisysocks, @mcsf, @youknowriad: You folks had opinions on this, how does
 this patch look to you?
