 Is there a way to arrange the cue of enabled plugins & theme (or parts of
 it) in any order I need to?
 Perhaps something like the menus drag & drop structure, or at least with
 numbering next to activated plugins will do a more advanced admin-friendly
 plugin/theme management.

 e.g: I would like to load first of all revolution slider plugin -before-
 everything else, even the theme, so I can show an eye-catching
 presentation before everything loads.
