 Hi @colomet,

 Thank you for this request! My apologies that it took so long to receive a
 response.

 I've given it some thought, and I don't think this is something that
 should be added to WordPress Core. Comment settings control who can
 comment. If you select "Users must be registered and logged in to comment"
 then I think it will accomplish what you want. You could create a custom
 role for commenters, or just use Subscriber.
