 Thanks for the ticket, sorry it took so long for someone to get back to
 you.

 Site migration sounds like plugin territory, and there are some tools
 listed on https://wordpress.org/support/article/moving-wordpress/.

 As there are no plans to add migration tools to WordPress core in the near
 future, I'm closing this as `maybelater` for now, discussion can continue
 with the ticket closed.
