 WordPress export and import feature have issue. it adds space in except
 filed.

 Steps to reproduce the issue:
 1. Export all content: Tools > Export.
 2. Import using .xml file to other website. you will find space in manual
 excerpt filed even there was no space or content in manual excerpt filed
 of original content.

 Seems when we export, it adds space in xml file and then this space also
 get imported in manual excerpt filed.

 Problem : Manual except filed contain spaces so automatic excerpt does not
 display. manual except contents display but it is spaces only.

 Fix : if manual excerpt filed is empty in original contents then no data
 should import for manual excerpt filed. so automatic excerpt can display.
