Comment:

 Indeed, https://wordpress.org/support/ now lists HelpHub articles, the
 support forums are at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

 The old URL is used in Help tabs, they will need be updated as well.

 For the admin bar though, maybe we should keep the current URL and change
 the link text to `Support` instead?
