Comment (by pbiron):

 [attachment:"46623.2.diff"] outlines badges only in the "Passed Tests"
 section and sets the border width to 2px (the lighter colored borders are
 hard to see with 1px, especially orange).

 p.s. I still prefer the badges in the "Passed Tests" section to have a
 green background, but using outlines is better than red/orange
 backgrounds.
