 Hi @Deexgnome,

 When this ticket was created, the Classic Editor shipped with WordPress.
 It's not clear to me what settings you want to see added for Webm files.
 Also, WordPress Core has never allowed videos within galleries, but does
 have a video playlist feature.

 As of 5.0, the new, block editor is the default editor. This new editing
 experience sees a few changes to inserting Webm videos into a post:
 - Autoplay setting remains.
 - Loop setting remains.
 - Option to mute is added.
 - Option to hide playback controls is added.
 - The ability to add a poster image was added.

 Videos are still not allowed in galleries by default when using the block
 editor, and playlists are not yet supported (see
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/805 GB-805 for this
 discussion]).

 Moving forward, the Classic Editor will not be updated except for bug
 fixes. Any improvements to the new block editor should be reported
 upstream on the [https://github.com/wordpress/gutenberg Gutenberg
 repository].
