 Hello @carrigalinetennisclub and welcome to Trac.

 This a tool for developing and and fixing bugs in the WordPress core. It's
 not a place for support, no 2nd line of it.

 Please post a link to the support thread you have opened, but had a
 helpful answer in. Some may want to chime in.

 In the mean time I suggest trying this plugin
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/] to help sort out what theme
 or plugin that interferes with your editor. I had the same problem today
 and this plugin sorted it out immediately.
