 I just got a question from a customer.
 How do I turn off post comments?

 I had to explain. One goes to the post and then clicks screen options.
 Then click Discussion. Then scroll below the content area. Then click to
 uncheck the Allow comments box.

 This is not intuitive. It would be natural to have the Discussion/Comments
 panel already active below the posts content area. So that a user does not
 have to turn it on to turn it off.

 (This is very likely a duplicate issue, but I did not notice an already
 existing issue for this.)
