 I can’t imagine a scenario where it’s a good user experience to show this
 warning on every incompatible meta box on any page.

 If an incompatible meta box is triggering classic editor instead of
 blocks, isn’t the reason and result already pretty obvious?

 The user can’t fix it themselves anyways; what good is it to say anything
 at all?
