Comment:

In the classic editor the title field happened to be a simple input field
and hitting enter triggered form submission.

Now with the new editor the writing flow is quite different. Going to the
next line by pressing enter is expected behavior.

To save your changes you'd have to press Ctrl+S / Cmd+S or click on the
Save button, e.g. by navigating to the publish sidebar by using the many
keyboard shortcuts or simply the tab key.

While I understand that Ctrl+S / Cmd+S is different than just pressing
enter, it aligns more with other editors like Word or Google Docs, or
basically any program where you want to save changes.

If you find yourself not able to perform any task using the keyboard or
another accessibility-related issue with Gutenberg, I highly recommend to
check out existing issues over at https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/
and perhaps opening a new one if yours isn't documented yet.
