 As requested @laurelfulford, 45045.1.diff is my current patch, definitely
 not complete but does add to your original patch.

 This patch adds to 45045.patch:
 * Wide and Full Alignment support and styles, although not complete, also
 found and reported a Gutenberg bug with embeds
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/10633
 * Theme support for `add_theme_support( 'editor-styles' );` and
 `add_theme_support( 'wp-block-styles' );`

 The Full alignment is causing a horizontal scrollbar. I haven't worked out
 a solution yet.
