 Discussed a bit during today's accessibility meeting. From what I see, if
 I have the Classic Editor plugin installed ''but not activated'' no
 information about Classic Editor is shown. I understand this is
 intentional but, as a user with accessibility needs, I might have Classic
 Editor installed, not activated, and miss important information in the
 about page.

 Ideally, it should check if Classic Editor is installed ''and activated''.
 If not possible, I’d vote for always showing the info.
