 In remove-wp-tinymce-lists.diff: remove separate enqueuing and loading of
 the `lists` TinyMCE plugin.

 That plugin doesn't need to be added/loaded separately. In production we
 load `wp-tinymce.js.gz`, `lists` is already included there. When
 SCROPT_DEBUG is true or when running from `/src` TinyMCE loads its plugins
 that are in `wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins` dir. There is no need or any
 advantages to load `lists` separately.
