Comment:

 [attachment:"45151.6.diff"] is splitting the HTML out of the `Sample Page`
 and `Hello World` post strings, leaving pure translatable text (aside from
 the included link).

 While having a generic "Convert this plain-HTML chunk to Block HTML" would
 be useful for these cases, the simplicity of these two cases doesn't
 really require it.
