 Thanks for the revision, Joshua! Some observations on the latest
 attachment:

 - In flow 4, it may not be immmediately apparent that last two
 illustrations show notices rendered by Classic Editor and not core, the
 same ones that were deleted in flow 2. It makes sense to show them in the
 flow, but maybe the document can highlight their source.

 - Flows 3 and 4 haven't addressed the question of visibility around a
 ''What's Next'' tab. I don't mind having that tab there, but wonder if
 instead another notice might be a more flexible and visible mechanism.

 Nothing else to point out at the moment. :)
