 The Script Loader component is specifically for `wp-includes/script-
 loader.php` and related functions: `wp_enqueue_script()`,
 `wp_enqueue_style()`, etc.

 The Themes component is more appropriate for page template issues. It does
 not imply this is a theme issue.
