 Hello,

 First thank you the highlighted policy help text within the Privacy Policy
 is awesome and very helpful.

 I'm wondering if we should protect users from themselves... and;
 - Add `display: none` css to the .wp-policy-help class or strip it from
 the_content
 - Add a notice on save to flag the fact the content still holds help text
 - Add a confirm on the publish to block users from publishing with help
 text.

 It's mainly on the user to make sure their policy doesn't contain any of
 that help text, but there's quite a bit of it so can easily see missing a
 sentence somewhere and publishing it.
