 Working on updating the design for this screen, and wanted to check on
 something:

 - When you first go to select a Privacy Policy page, you have the option
 of using an existing page, or creating a new page.
 - After selecting or creating a page, you have the option of changing the
 page you're using for your Privacy Policy.
 - However, you can only switch it to using an existing page — you can't
 create a new page at this point.

 Can someone clarify why you can't create a new page afterwards?
