#43655: "Page updated" banner needs a timestamp or revision

 When editing a page, clicking "UPDATE" causes a "Page updated __view
 page__" banner to appear.

 However, if one continues to edit the page, The "Page updated" banner
 remains. Thus it is impossible to know whether all edits have been
 published without viewing the page.

 In other words, the "Page updated" indicator is deceptive (or stale).

 For me, this is a fairly common scenario: I work on a page and add
 information as it comes it. I update the page, but leave the editor open
 as new information will continue to come in through out the day. Of
 course, it is possible to refresh the page to remove the banner - but one
 then loses ones place in the editor. (Plus, it's slow if the page has a
 lot of media.)

 * Solutions might include:
 * Clearing the "Page updated" banner when any change is made in the
 editor;
 * Adding a date & time to the "Page updated" banner.
 * Adding the page revision number to the banner.
 * Adding a "modified" indicator to the editor.
