 I'd expect users to make edits after pasting into the editor, so we'll
 want to update the copy to make this more clear.

 has provided a change for their suggested policy. For the initial
 implementation, it might be helpful to display a "Updated on {DATE}" in
 the context of a plugin's row - what do you think @melchoyce ?
