 The idea in the above screenshot is to have a postbox that will show only
 when editing the privacy policy page. That postbox will contain all
 privacy related text suggested by core and plugins to assist the site
 owners in creating their privacy policy.

 In addition if any of the available text changes (after a core or plugin
 update) it will get highlighted to alert the site owner to review and edit
 the policy.
