 Hmm, agreed, `false` should not really be supported, the default
 `$allowedtags` structure lists elements with no supported attributes with
 an empty array (`array()`). What's the use case here @andrei0x309, how did
 you find out about this warning? Is core code calling this incorrectly?

 Perhaps we should scan the plugin directory, @SergeyBiryukov for the
 incorrect usage/structure of `$allowedtags`, etc.
