 I have an idea for cutting down on the repetition in the export - we drop
 the identifier from the name (making it not specific to any one comment,
 etc) and then collect all the "findings" in the final export with numbers
 indicating where there is more than one finding with that value, e.g.

 [[Image(1.png)]]

 [[Image(2.png)]]

 [[Image(3.png)]]
