 I'm going to assume that @KathrynShantiAriel is referring to the Twenty
 Seventeen theme on the front-end as there isn't any particularly light
 text in the dashboard that I could fine. Having said that, Twenty
 Seventeen looks like most, if not all text is black so I'm not sure
 either.
