 Should this new interface be integrated into the `Settings > Reading`
 screen where the select a homepage and blog page? Putting it into the
 tools section doesn't seem to be the right flow here. I'm inclined to
 suggest it's move as an option that is always selectable (as opposed to
 the home/blog page options that require it being switched on).

 A whole new page for this seems a bit much to me because once you have a
 page created, the only useful option here is the select box which doesn't
 need it's own page.

 I've also not tested the patch yet, but if it doesn't already, it should
 have a 'Privacy Policy' suffix in the page list just like it does with
 'Front Page' and 'Blog' pages do to identify they're special pages.
