 Welcome to WordPress Core Trac.
 Here we keep track of confirmed bugs and enhancements in WordPress core.
 This is not a support channel, so I'll close your ticket here. If you,
 after troubleshooting find out that the reason is a bug in WordPress core,
 then you can reopen the ticket. But at the same time, you then should give
 enough information so that the developers would be able to recreate the
 problem – otherwise they can't solve it...

 I'd suggest that you post in the support forum instead:

 PS! The "media library" uses information in your WordPress database. This
 information is added when you upload files via WordPress admin interface.
 But if you just dumped the files via FTP, then you may need to use some
 plugin that will "import" the meta-data into your database.
