 * In the More Details view, maybe skip "Click here" and replace
 "upgrading" with "updating", for consistency with the language in the
 plugin card? "Learn more about updating PHP" should be enough.
 * The third notice on [attachment:screenshot_02.6.png] looks a bit off, it
 wraps to a second line earlier than it has to. Looks like there's some
 extra padding on the right.
 * The `https://wordpress.org/support/upgrade-php` needs to be
 translatable.
