 I can confirm that the patch recommended by JPry didn't work for our WP
 install.   This is the error we got:

 Fatal error: Possible integer overflow in memory allocation (4 *
 7810207576837218661 + 32) in E:\Apache2\htdocs\nwgvcop_dev\wp-
 includes\functions.php on line 5232
