 i have the same problem with functions.php on line 5231

 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted

 i try disabling all plugins , themes and no success

 even install fresh wp 4.9.7 without any addons and still get this error on
 local wamp64

 it doesn't matter how much memory limit i set | my Hosting message me for
 using too many Resource of ram & Cpu too
