 Hi, I think I got the same :

 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to
 allocate 12382903167681155619 bytes) in F:\www\myclient\wp-
 includes\functions.php on line 5231

 Local, WampServer, just after 4.9.7 update :)

 Got it sometimes with one plugin, sometimes with another one.
