 r38571 modified the way that WordPress handles hooks. As a part of this,
 the `$merged_filters` global was removed.

 The attached patch updates the method documentation of `_backup_hooks()`
 and `_restore_hooks()` inside of `WP_UnitTestCase` to reflect this change.
