 Is it not worth returning to this question? Google does not always follow
 the rules of robots.txt and `rel='nofollow'`, considering this a
 recommendation, rather than a strict requirement.

 In the plugin Yoast SEO has a fix, maybe it should be replaced as well `?`
 on `#`.
