 When adding menu items to a menu, they default to the bottom of the menu
 and then need to be dragged into the desired position. This can be time
 consuming when adding a lot of menu items and can also result in
 inadvertent changes to the position of existing menu items.

 My proposal is that you can select a menu item or sub-item already in the
 menu before adding new items to the menu and when you add the new item, it
 inserts itself directly under the selected item.
