 Based on [[https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42771|#42771]]
 `term_description()` no longer passes $taxonomy to
 `get_term_field()`, the parameter is no longer needed and has been
 deprecated. So I think now we can remove 'category' parameter from
 `category_description` function.
