 We don't really have any data that could be used to infer that someone is
 directly avoiding updating, however, I can say that 99.9% of sites which
 updated to 4.8.5 did so automatically, leaving 0.1% who updated by
 clicking the button. The number is so small that it's entirely possible
 it's an automated tools which show up as manual updates in our stats.
 I don't think that number says that they're avoiding the major version
 update, but it could be.
