 Hello, welcome to Trac and thank you for this ticket,

 What do you mean by adding a checkmark "to select multiple menus to delete
 or move"?

 Can you describe the feature with mockups, screenshots or anything that
 can help us to understand, please?

 Sorry: except in exceptional cases (like GDPR and 4.9.6), minor releases
 are only addressing bug fixes, not new features. The next major is 5.1,
 and it’s scheduled to be released February 21, 2019. If you want to see
 that feature land in 5.1 or 5.2 (later this year), the work on that
 feature should begin asap :)
