Comment:

 This is very much a first pass at this. There are two changes:

  * `_wp_personal_data_handle_profile_actions` added to `wp-
 admin/includes/user.php`
  * buttons and reply added to added to `wp-admin/user-edit.php`

 it currently is not using an Ajax call, but it could be converted to that
 easily if that is the route y'all think is better.
