 After updating to WordPress 4.9.8, WordPress not load mu-plugins mu-
 plugins.

 Any plugin in `mu-plugins` directory not visible in "Must-Use" section and
 not run even WordPress core still referencing to directory `wp-content/mu-
 plugins`.
