 Question: can we rename the plugin name from "Toolbar" to something more
 meaningful and easier to search, like "Toolbar Unification Experiment" or
 something like that?

 Also "2.0" seems a tall order for something still in beta, no? Maybe
 "0.2"?

 I worry people downloading an in-progress design expecting something done
 and fully working.

 At which level do you want feedback? In general, I'd consider reviewing it
 against the latest approved design above, iteration i10, and it's still
 fairly different even as a cursory review.

 Should I go in detail, or are you ok aligning the design first (both
 desktop and mobile)?

 Are you testing on multi-site too?
