 In 43473.1.patch:
 - Split the text into lines/paragraphs for easier translation.
 - Made it an "editor template" and added some explanations at the top on
 how to use it.

 Note that the italics sections are non-editable in the editor (see the
 above screenshot). We can also remove them automatically on saving the
 page, but perhaps should leave the editing to the users.
