 When we started building the 'tools' everything was in 1 page so we named
 it 'Privacy Tools' as it made sense.

 Since everything went on it's own pages this is somewhat confusing at the
 moment.

 This removes the `Privacy Tools` title from the page and just renames it
 to `Privacy Policy Page` and also renames the menu as well for
 consistency.
