 I'm just adding the extra argument as a thought so all Authors can
 understand what they have to output easily so "name - title(optional) -
 text" is required.

 Giving you only a field 'policy_name' doesn't necessary mean that you have
 to tell me your plugin's name so I can understand where that policy is
 coming from as an admin that I might decide to even uninstall it after
 reading the policy. It might be 1 extra var but it will save a lot of
 trouble in the future imho. It's even easier than us grabbing the name
 automatically and end up having double text even. If for example
 `$extension - $policy_name - $policy_text` fits the description better
 then sure let's go for that, but this information should be there in the
 postbox one way or another imho.
