 The post status links (at the top of the personal data request tables,
 e.g. "All (1) | Pending (1) | etc" are not formatted like all of the
 others through-out wp-admin. Existing status-type links wrap the count in
 a span tag, i.e. they should be like `<span class="count">(2)</span>`.
